Let paid forms make you more money

With the release of our enhanced form content type, we now provide the ability to securely collect payments online. Our goal with the payment forms is to generate more money for you and to simplify the process of event registration. This feature has been available for the past few months and adoption is quickly growing. So far we’ve seen paid forms commonly used for camps, event registration and ticket sales.

As detailed in our previous blog post introducing paid forms, Mintonette Sports has continued to use paid forms for camp registrations. Over the past 10 days, it has seen over $3,000 in registrations for summer volleyball camps. Moving payment and registration online has played a large role in bringing in new athletes. Of the 22 athletes who registered for camps in the past 10 days, four are first time participants.

Using paid forms will not only generate more money but it will also make the process of organizing and collecting registration information much easier. All submissions are downloadable to an excel file and each contact can be automatically synced with a list in your Contacts tab. You’ll no longer have to worry about data entry to keep track of your fans.

Scott Musa, Assistant Athletics Director at Shenandoah University, has been using the paid forms for his upcoming fund-raising event and senior dinner

“It has streamlined our preparation and administrative tasks prior to both events," Musa said. "I have to say that I appreciate how quickly and easily you can create a form and publish it. Today, I included the form in an email blast as a way to quickly market our fundraising event.”

Ken Johnson, Assistant Athletics Director for Communications at Assumption University, has also taken advantage of the paid form for the Greyhounds' Friends of Athletics Golf Tournament. Johnson said it will help with their plans to expand and upgrade their tournament this year.

“The PrestoSports paid forms feature has allowed us to have online registration for the tournament, which is going to save us so much time and paperwork in the end,” Johnson said.

Since moving over to the paid form, Johnson has already noticed an increase in early registration. Already at 25% capacity, Assumption can use this to push for more registrations.

"We are going to let people know that we are filling up quick, which I think will only further increase the impact that online registration will have," Johnson said.

With the success they’ve seen so far, both Shenandoah and Assumption plan to expand its use of enhanced forms to ticket sales beginning this fall. If you would like to start using paid forms on your site you can enroll online now. Let us know what you plan to use your paid form for!
