Managing your camps has never been easier than with our brand new Camps tab! Many of you are using our paid forms to collect camp registrations, and with the Camps tab, we've added more features to help you and your coaches easily manage all aspects of your camps.

Why use the Camps tab?

Easy to set up your camps – The Camps tab makes it very easy to add and manage your camps. We have a six-step setup wizard that walks you through everything needed to create your registration: camp details, description, question, waiver, notification, and payments.

Once you create the camp, registrations will automatically open and close based on the camp dates and the attendee limits.

Easy to manage registrations – As registrations come in, you will receive daily and/or weekly updates. You can also log in to the Camps tab and view a summary of your registrations. You can also email the campers, submit refunds, and cancel.

Easy to track previous campers – Through the camp contacts, we track every camper and parent/guardian. We allow you to easily see which camps each camper has attended in the past and who his or her parent/guardian is.

Easy to market – Since the camp registrations are on your athletic site, you won’t need to worry about branding since it will automatically show your site design. We also integrate with the Contacts tab so you can easily send out blast emails to promote your camps.

Easy for your fans – We remember answers to all the basic questions (camper name, DOB, gender, etc). The next time your fan registers for one of your camps, all of this information will auto-fill, making the registration process quick and easy!

Coming soon

We have a ton of features on deck and plan to roll them out as we complete development. A few of the features include:

• The ability to restrict your coach’s access to just the Camps tab. This means they won’t be able to access anything in Game day or the Website tab.
• The ability to add camps with multiple sessions for your fans to choose from. For example, you will be able to create a camp where fans can register for the morning session, afternoon session, or both!
• Deposits
• Promotions/discounts
• Wait lists
• Receipts/invoices
• Additional payment options (PayPal, Amazon Payments)
• Social media integration
• Automated flyers
• Website integration (home page widgets, etc)
