New file upload available in Game day

Back in February, as a result of a Java security update that caused issues using the traditional drag-n-drop file upload method, we released a new way to upload files to the website tab. With our next software release, we will add this ability to Game day as well.

This new file upload option will be your default choice when uploading photos, videos or files through Game Day. You can still use the Java drag-n-drop applet if you would like by choosing the "java upload" option.

The browser you use dictates the options available with this feature. Chrome gives you the most options, allowing you to drag-n-drop files or folders into the upload area. It also allows you to browse and highlight multiple images for uploading at once through the "browse for files" link.

All other modern browsers, including Internet Explorer (IE) version 10 and up, allow for drag-n-drop as well as selecting multiple files when you browse for them.

Earlier versions of IE offer the least flexibility. They allow only for the browse for files option, and even then, IE only allows the ability to choose one image at a time. However, you can do this in succession and can choose more than five in one use.
