We're listening

Your feedback has always been a central part of making our software better, and we wanted to roll out a new feature that would make sure that your ideas and opinions are heard. We recently introduced a feature called develop.prestosports in order to help capture this very thing. The goal is to help develop an online community where clients can collaborate with each other and our staff to help develop new features and enhance existing ones.

The benefit of participating is the opportunity to get your feedback and ideas regarding the PrestoSports Network into a forum where our staff can effectively review and consider the merits and practicality of each idea. This also allows you to weigh in on a conversation that may have been started by someone else but is important to you too.

To browse ideas for what people are talking about, you can visit us at http://develop.prestosports.com. If you'd like to join in on the discussions and vote or comment, you can do so by signing in with your your PrestoSports login.

If you're already logged in to your site and have a lightbulb moment, you can quickly access develop.prestosports.com through the Help Center by clicking "Feedback." You can then add your new suggestion and click "Post idea." From there you can click "browse ideas" to be taken to the main forum.

Through develop.prestosports.com, you can view ideas already in the forum, sort by category and place votes. Everyone will have a limited number of votes to preserve the integrity of the process.

The process of reviewing suggestions and taking action are dependent on several variables, including level of difficulty, practicality, usefulness and popularity. Our admins will monitor the feedback forum to determine which ideas receive the most votes and then review with our team to determine the feasibility of incorporating each respective idea into our software.

When applicable, we will try to provide comments on ideas that are already possible or to try and get a better scope of the feedback presented.

Hopefully this creates a collaborative community where ideas can blossom!
