We know everyone has better things to do on Sunday night than wait around to send out an All-Conference announcement. With the release of our new email scheduling feature, you are able to prepare your emails days in advance! Now you can get ahead of the game and use that free time to watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones. 

The new feature is similar to setting a release to be featured to a headlines on a certain day and time. After you set the date and time you want the email to be sent, it will go to the “Scheduled Notifications” manager in your Contacts tab. Here you are able to manage all your scheduled emails. You will be able to adjust the date and time, the contacts and the body text in the email from the manager. Through this portal, you will also be able to send the email immediately if you wish.

So get those email announcements for new coach hires, conference awards and anything else set up and sit back, relax and enjoy your weekend of soccer games and tweeting.
