We've added some great new people this year and have had to expand to another floor of our building to fit everyone.

Our three new hires this summer include Janan Graham, Ryan McReynolds and Cristian Nino. Janan is our latest graphic designer and comes to us after running track at Purdue. Her first round of designs should go live later this month and has a full plate of designs from the busy summer sales season.

Ryan will be centralizing and overseeing all of our online advertising activities. We're looking to grow our online advertising significantly over the next two years as we partner with our customers to help them generate more revenue on their sites. Ryan worked at College Fanz as well as working at Harvard, M.I.T. and Auburn in various alumni relations and executive education programs, and we've been hoping to hire him for almost two years now.

Cristian is a Java programming whiz and joins Fratto, Alde and Jose on the dedicated stats entry team. He's just starting today so has a week of orientation before he can start squashing the bugs that our testing army has been finding.

We've also grown our intern program and have some really interesting and fun people working for us. Bryan Plocker is working towards a degree from George Washington as well as serving our country in the Coast Guard. Matt Clancy wrote sports articles for Penn State and worked at Facebook in their logistics group. Daria Bakaushina recently graduated from Maryland and had worked with the Frederick Keys and Terrapin Sports Marketing. All are working with Greg and Alana to assist with the various needs that come up as we work through new site launches.

To fit everyone, we took over some new office space that became available on the 7th floor of our building. We were hoping to install a fireman's pole to connect the 6th and 7th floors, but the building owner wasn't too thrilled with that idea, so we've had to make due with stairs and video chat. The Biz Dev team and Robb have moved up to the 7th floor because hot air rises, allowing Site Dev, Tech and Ops some more breathing room.
