Bio pages releasing a new look

January 24, 2012   by Greg Blake

As some of you may have seen at the NCAA Convention, we will be once again releasing a new look to our bio pages. More importantly, this is the last update needed before enhanced statistics are released to display on them.

This is a very exciting time for me, knowing that it has taken a lot of time to prep a majority of our sites to accept these changes. It was important that we find the most efficient way to implement this so our users don't feel like they are doing double the work to get such a cool feature on their site.

What you should expect within the next two weeks is the roster sidebar will be replaced by a drop down box, which will be the new way for visitors to your site to navigate within a roster.

This change sets us up to roll out our new enhanced stats bio pages in the middle of the spring season. I know the sidebar was popular, but in order to show off the enhanced stats on the bios the way we want to, it was best that the sidebar be removed.

Here is a glimpse of what to expect with the new bio pages, which will display highlights as well as the player profile, game log, split stats and the synopsis of each player all within separate tabs:

In order to put yourself in the best position possible to take advantage of these new enhanced bio pages, please continue to upload your stats rosters and packed files into the Network.  If you are unsure if your site is set up and ready to go for this, email me.
