Coming up this week with the release of version 4.4.1, we’ve added the ability to quickly and easily age your rosters in Game day!  You will no longer need to navigate through the Website tab to copy and feature files. Simply click the “import last season” button in the Bios tab.

The “import last season” button will allow you to import your roster from the previous year and make adjustments to the class of each player. You can quickly edit the class by changing the text in the Year column.  Check and uncheck the boxes next to each player’s name to determine which bios you will bring over to your upcoming season’s roster.

The system will bring over all information within the bio.  You will have the option to include headshots and synopsis as well.  If you write season-specific text and take new headshots each year, you may choose not to import the synopsis and headshot.  If you do choose to bring over the synopsis, you can always edit each bio and update the synopsis once the roster has been imported.

It is important to remember to import last season’s roster BEFORE adding in your incoming freshman and transfer bios.  Importing the roster will override any bios that were previously added.  If you have any questions, contact support@prestosports.com.
