As spring regular seasons wrap up, we wanted to share a feature which can assist conference offices in sorting out tiebreakers for post-season tournaments.

Using the power of the network, our admin system can display a number of comparisons based on both conference and overall results.

This season the NEWMAC had a three way tie for third place in women's lacrosse. Our standings compare feature was able to show head-to-head records as well as the record against other conference opponents in ranked order.

Currently we have six common tiebreakers sketched out:

• Head to head record
• Head to head scoring differential
• Record against conf opponents in ranked order
• Scoring differential against conf opponents in ranked order
• Record against common opponents (conference events only)
• Record against common opponents (overall events)
